The staff at the reception desk were perfect and good. The room was exceptionally comfortable and absolutely perfect, with AC and a bathroom plus complimentary shampoo. The on-site bar offers strong drinks. The hotel is located 0.5 km from Al-Jouf airport. Honestly, no complaint.

The location of the hotel is excellent-it `s close to the visitor center of Petra. The team staff is very kindly and helped us with the taxi transport from the Aqaba border to Petra and the back way! Thank you very much! There is a shop for drinks and food in the hotel,which was very convenient! We are very content from our deluxe room-large,clean and silent!
